ARTISTIC COURSES

The Trupe Association, since the foundation of its head office in 2013, called the Contendas House of Culture, offers a free range of arts and foreign language courses (Spanish, English and French) to the general population, primarily students or public school graduates. ) in three shifts from Monday to Friday. We currently have an average of 500 students enrolled and frequent.
FOREIGN VOLUNTEERING

At the beginning of 2018 we implemented a foreign volunteer program through the Workway platform. This initiative was a true watershed in the history of the Troupe Association, since since then, we have offered in almost unlimited proportions, according to the effective of local residents; Courses of foreign languages ​​and many other artistic ones through this program that is absolute success in the municipality and adjacent.
SOCIAL SUPPORT TO ARTIST OF STREET

Often the association receives at its headquarters; Artists wanderers called hippies, nomads and others that when passing through the municipality, we usually welcome them offering: temporary stay, food, medical assistance and sometimes we make campaigns for the acquisition of raw material, tools and road passages and these people against, much contribute by sharing their artistic expertise with the local needy community.

HISTORICAL CULTURAL CONTEXTUALIZATION

The house of Culture Contendas, because it is a space where it combines cultural symbols of the most diverse genres, has become one of the main cultural instruments of the municipality. For this, in addition to the events of enjoyment and artistic appreciation, we also work, in a process of historical contextualization about the regional culture, this initiative, which is given through visits assisted by the schools of the municipality and region where lectures and mini courses are taught. the theme.
URBAN ARTS AND NEW LANGUAGES

Another action that has attracted the youth of the municipality and region is the diffusion and maintenance of the new artistic languages ​​or urban arts. These are disseminated through courses taught by the Troupe such as Beat Box, Street Art (graphite and airbrushing), slackline, parkour, photography, etc. Therefore, these courses welcome more than half of the students enrolled and all are also taught free of charge.
